Orders & Payment
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including UPI (GPay, PhonePe,
Paytm), credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery
(COD). Choose whatever is most convenient for you at checkout.
Q: Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, COD is available across India. You pay when your order
arrives at your doorstep — no advance payment needed.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You can cancel or modify your order within 4 hours of placing it.
After that, the order is dispatched and cannot be changed.
Contact us immediately on WhatsApp if you need to make changes.
Q: Will I get a confirmation after placing my order?
Yes. You will receive an order confirmation via email, SMS or whatsapp
within a few minutes of placing your order. If you don't receive
it, check your spam folder or contact us on WhatsApp.
Q: Is it safe to pay online on Technuts?
Absolutely. Our store uses SSL encryption and all payments are
processed through Shopify's secure payment gateway — the same
technology trusted by millions of stores worldwide. Your card
details are never stored on our servers.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 4–7 business days across India.
Metro cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, and Pune typically
receive orders in 3–4 days. Remote areas may take up to 10 days.
Q: When will my order be dispatched?
All orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of confirmation
(excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive a
tracking link via SMS, email or whatsapp once your order is shipped.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders.
Q: Do you deliver across all of India?
Yes, we deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India
including Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. Enter your pin code at
checkout to confirm delivery availability in your area.
Q: How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number
via SMS, email or whatsapp. Use that number on the courier partner's
website to track your delivery in real time. You can also
WhatsApp us with your order number and we'll update you.
Q: What courier service do you use?
We ship with trusted courier partners including Ekart,
Delhivery, and BlueDart depending on your location — whichever
gives you the fastest delivery to your pin code.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason,
contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a return pickup.
Q: What products are eligible for return?
Products are eligible for return if they are:
— Delivered damaged or defective
Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned
after 7 days are not eligible for return.
Q: How do I initiate a return?

Step 2: Send your order number and a unboxing video of the product
Step 3: We'll confirm the return and arrange a free pickup
Step 4: Refund is processed within 5–7 business days after
we receive the returned product
Q: How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method:
— UPI / Card / Net Banking: refunded within 5–7 business days
— COD orders: refunded via bank transfer or UPI
(we'll ask for your details)
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
Q: What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
We're sorry if this happens — it's not acceptable to us either.
WhatsApp us immediately with your order number and a clear photo and unboxing video of the product. We will either send a replacement or issue a
full refund within 24–48 hours. No questions asked.

Q: Are your products genuine?
Yes. Every product sold on Technuts is handpicked and quality
checked before dispatch. We do not sell counterfeit or
low-quality replicas.

Our support team is available Monday to Saturday,

Q: I have a bulk order requirement. Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer special pricing for bulk orders of 10 units
or more. WhatsApp us or email support@technuts.in with your
requirements and we'll send you a custom quote within 24 hours.
